I. Product Overview

Lumeike Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. has newly developed the GY Series High-Efficiency Multi-Stage Physical Filtration Oil Mist Collector, specifically engineered for the treatment of oil mist, oil fumes, and particulate pollution in industrial environments. The product employs a modular multi-stage physical filtration process, integrated with an intelligent self-cleaning system, to achieve oil mist purification efficiency of up to 99.5%. It possesses three core advantages: intrinsic safety and explosion-proof design, energy efficiency with low consumption, and smart operation and maintenance. This makes it the optimal solution for enhancing workshop air quality, safeguarding employee health, and meeting environmental emission standards.

III. Working Principle

The system utilizes a "Four-Stage Progressive Physical Interception + Intelligent Regeneration" technological process:

  • Primary Interception:

Large oil droplets impact a stainless-steel mesh pre-filter, achieving separation via gravity sedimentation.

  • Efficient Coalescence:

Airflow containing fine oil mist passes through specially engineered deflection baffles, where mist droplets coalesce into larger liquid droplets.

  • Deep Filtration:

Multi-layer gradient-structure filter elements (glass fiber/composite nano-materials) capture sub-micron oil mist particles. 

  • Self-Cleaning Regeneration:

An intelligent system triggers "High-pressure water flushing + Dual-pulse compressed air reverse jet" based on timed intervals/differential pressure, thoroughly removing accumulated oil from filter elements and restoring permeability.

Purified airflow is discharged directly or recirculated, while waste oil automatically converges into a central collection tank for recovery.
