I. Product Overview  

The LMK-DM series multi-function purification workbench is suitable for various processes such as welding, polishing, grinding, and plasma cutting. It is an essential equipment for grinding workpieces before and after welding. The product adopts advanced filtration technology, achieving a filtration efficiency of up to 99.9% for welding, cutting, and grinding smoke and dust. At the same time, it ensures extremely high airflow and offers two model options: single-station and dual-station.

II. Working Principle  

Smoke and dust are drawn into the purifier through the side and bottom exhaust vents by negative pressure generated by the fan. The airflow enters the diversion channel, where larger particles collide with the deflector and fall into the dust collection drawer due to gravity. The remaining fine particles proceed into the filtration chamber. As the dust-laden air passes through the filter cartridge from the outer surface, dust is trapped on the filter media. When accumulated dust builds up on the surface, it can be cleaned manually using a manual cleaning mechanism or automatically via pulse-jet cleaning. The pulse-jet method dislodges dust from the filter surface through vibration, causing the particles to fall into the dust collection drawer, thereby thoroughly cleaning the entire filter surface. The purified air is then discharged through the air duct and fan.  

The unique benchtop design is highly efficient, featuring a built-in dust extraction system and sound-insulated fan. It requires no ducting connections, and the cleaned air can be recirculated indoors, reducing energy costs. This workbench effectively captures fine suspended dust without restricting operator movement or visibility, making it an ideal choice for medium and small-scale precision processing of irregularly shaped components. It can be connected to a dedicated smoke purifier or integrated into a central dust extraction system.
