
I. Structural Composition
The main components include: universal dust extraction arm, high-temperature resistant suction hose, dust collector (with airflow adjustment valve), flame arrestor mesh, flame-retardant high-efficiency filter core, clean room, activated carbon filter, ash drawer assembly, flame-retardant sound-absorbing cotton, new Korean-style wheels with brakes, fan, imported motor, and electrical control box.
II. Working Principle
Through the suction force of the fan, welding fumes and exhaust gases are drawn into the equipment's intake port via the universal dust collector. The intake port is equipped with a flame arrester that traps sparks. The smoke and gas then enter the settling chamber, where they utilize gravity and upward airflow to first directly drop coarse particles into the ash hopper. Fine particulate smoke is captured by the filter core on its outer surface. Clean air passes through the filter core for purification and flows into the clean room. The clean air is further purified by the activated carbon filter and discharged through the outlet port in compliance with standards.
III. Application Sites
Suitable for use in electric arc welding, CO2 shielded welding, MAG welding, carbon arc air cutting, gas cutting, and special welding operations that produce smoke and fumes.
