The MK Series (Split-Type) Cartridge Dust Collector features a compact and rational structural design with high airflow capacity, allowing for flexible indoor or outdoor installation. Utilizing a split-type configuration between the collector unit and the fan, this system integrates with various extraction arms/hoods to capture and treat fumes and particulates generated across large-scale welding, grinding, and cutting production lines. We provide customized design of fume capture devices and ductwork systems tailored to the client's site-specific conditions.

1.Modular standard design of the dust collector: Features a building-block configuration allowing free assembly to meet the specific airflow requirements at the customer's site.

2.Internally mounted vertical cartridge filters with rapid-disconnect chucks: This design minimizes air resistance while maximizing filtration area. Individual cartridges can be installed or removed in under 30 seconds, significantly reducing labor intensity for cartridge maintenance and replacement during operation.

II. Working Principle
Dust-laden air enters the collector through the inlet and is evenly distributed across vertically mounted cartridges via baffle plates. Dust particles are captured on the outer surface of the cartridges through interception, inertial impaction, and diffusion. Clean air permeates the cartridges into the plenum chamber and is discharged by the fan. During cleaning, compressed air is injected into the cartridges via pulse valves, causing rapid expansion that dislodges accumulated dust into the hopper. The split-type design separates the fan and control system from the filtration unit, reducing noise and enhancing maintenance accessibility. Vertically oriented cartridges optimize airflow distribution, minimize pressure drop, and enable rapid cartridge replacement, significantly improving filtration efficiency and operational flexibility.
